These 2015 1.5 oz Canadian Silver Polar Bear and Cub coins are the third release in the new 1.5 oz Canadian Wildlife Series from the Royal Canadian Mint. The first coin, introduced in 2013, depicted a lone adult polar bear on the frozen tundra, while the second coin in 2014 showcased the arctic fox.

Each 2015 1.5 oz Canadian Silver Polar Bear and Cub coin available from True Gold Republic is in uncirculated condition. Uncirculated coins exhibit no wear from handling or circulation but may have minor imperfections such as toning, discoloration, or a weak design strike.

The reverse side of the coin portrays an adult polar bear with its young cub traversing the vast tundras of Canada’s Arctic region. The engravings on this side detail the nation of issue, the purity, and the metal content and weight of the coin.

The obverse features the well-known right-profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Susanna Blunt in 2003, which has appeared on numerous Canadian bullion and proof coins over the past 12 years.
